Le jus de fruit est d\u00e9j\u00e0 accessible et fait partie des habitudes alimentaires d\u2019une grande partie de la population en France et au Mali.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">La transformation de fruits et de plantes en jus est une fa\u00e7on concr\u00e8te et personnelle d\u2019<strong>agir<\/strong>, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire d\u2019<strong>\u00eatre concern\u00e9<\/strong>, afin de transmettre ensuite de nouvelles pratiques alimentaires et de transformation des aliments.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">Notre exp\u00e9rience nous a appris que c\u2019est en \u00e9tant en relation avec un sol respect\u00e9 que l\u2019on peut agir pour une agriculture g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice d\u2019une alimentation et d\u2019une sant\u00e9 globale.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">Le partenariat international repose sur la dynamique suivante : c\u2019est en raison m\u00eame de leurs <strong>sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s<\/strong> que deux partenaires peuvent se rencontrer et agir ensemble dans une <strong>dimension globale<\/strong>. Par exemple \u00abc\u2019est parce que l\u2019un est en lien fort avec le thym officinal, jusqu\u2019au c\u0153ur de ses \u00e9tamines, et que l\u2019autre est en lien fort avec la fleur de baobab, qu\u2019ils vont pouvoir se rencontrer sur un plan global \u00bb.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">Ainsi ce partenariat permet de retrouver et de combiner des ressources et des connaissances qui sont en train de s\u2019\u00e9teindre un peu partout.
